Did you know that EFT can help to achieve Wholehearted Living? Have you heard of the 10 guideposts Brené Brown defined?


I’m a big fan of the research done by Brené Brown and her teams.


If you haven’t heard of her, she’s an American social worker, author, professor, speaker, and podcaster who has spent over two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame and empathy.


Although Brené's 10 guideposts for Wholehearted living are spot on, I’d revised #10 last bit from “always in control” to “always in control & being right”


According to her research, we’re starving for joy because we have such a scarcity mindset, that we are constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop.


In this article, I’m presenting a series of short videos showing how I’d use EFT to alleviate stress, anxiety, worries, self-doubt, and fears to instate openness for joy, trust, creativity, play and calm.


In a sense, we’re using EFT to reframe our beliefs and thoughts.


It's no secret that the mind and body are connected. Because EFT incorporates a physical tool to support and soothe our body, it helps us open up faster and it creates a feeling of safety and groundedness, allowing us to explore our stress and related issues without panic or shutting down.


Try it out for yourself. Repeat as necessary and take full responsibility for your well-being.


Of course, the video below is intended to give you a high-level idea of what EFT can do to relieve stress. It’s not meant to replace a full healing session.
